We are sorry. We found an issue, here’s what happened

We identified an issue that affected select locations and select batches of ramen.

Dear Customers,

 

We would like to sincerely apologize as we recently identified some issues in the preparation of our Hakata Ramen, which affected select batches of ramen in select stores. This impacted our signature dish, changing the taste and quality. The following stores were impacted:

  • Shin-Sen-Gumi Hakata Ramen
    • Gardena - 2015 W. Redondo Beach Blvd. #C
    • Rosemead - 8450 E. Valley Blvd. #103
    • Fountain Valley - 18315 Brookhurst St. #1
    • Little Tokyo - 132 S. Central Ave.
    • West LA - 1601 Sawtelle Blvd. #101
    • Irvine - 6404 Irvine Blvd.

We have since reviewed our processes and implemented processes to avoid this from happening in the future. We would like to apologize and give $5 off at the above locations from 11/14 - 11/17. During this period, you can show this email to your server during your order to receive $5 off per person when dining in or use the code* below to get $5 off your online order.
